Heather Mae and Crys Matthews--partners in life and music--are hitting the road together in 2025 to celebrate the release of their new albums with a tour rooted in radical love, powerful storytelling, and unapologetic truth.
Heather Mae is a genre-defying artist known for her raw honesty and rafter-raising voice. Her double album release--WHAT THEY HID FROM ME (alternative) and kiss & tell (pop)--tells one cohesive story: the beauty of living authentically. Created entirely by women and nonbinary collaborators, the records explore religious trauma, queer joy, and the resilience of survivors. Whether she's channeling heartbreak or hope, Mae turns every stage into a space for healing and resistance.
Crys Matthews, named 2025 International Folk Music Awards Artist of the Year, is a trailblazing voice in Americana. A Black, butch lesbian artist and social justice songwriter, her work blends rich melodies with sharp insight on race, gender, and equity. She is known for building community through song--turning concerts into conversations and music into movement.
Together, Mae and Matthews bring audiences an unforgettable experience.

Genesis Fermin (they/them) is a gardener and multifaceted artist who cultivates lush fruits and soul-illuminating songs. Their music documents the ache of longing, vivid childhood memories, and a life lived against the grain, blurring every boundary. Genesis grows music and food in the Bay Area, and is the co-founder of the I Need Space Queer Music Festival, founded to support a diverse, international array of queer artists during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their debut album, Genesis Fermin, was released in 2021 and produced by Gina Villalobos, and the "gentle acoustic rhythms" on this album are described by Americana UK as "smartly written, [with] a strong vocal." Come along on the journey - easily enjoyed, not easily forgotten.
