Harpists Diana Stork and Portia Diwa with special guest harpist Brenda Chen present "Music from the Labyrinth from Chartres to Grace" at St. Mary's Cathedral in San Francisco.

For those who are interested, an indoor labyrinth will be available for walking, meditation and prayer.

Harpists Diana Stork and Portia Diwa have created spiritual, mythic and deeply beautiful music from decades of performing at labyrinths throughout the world. Their performances can be experienced as musical concerts inspired by Medieval, Celtic, classical and even jazz improvisation styles, and also as inward journeys of healing and meditation. You are invited to walk on a beautiful canvas labyrinth brought in especially for this afternoon performance; or relax in the beauty of St. Mary's Cathedral and enjoy the music from their cd, "Music from the Labyrinth."

About the Artists:
Diana Stork: Diana is well-known in the harp world for her unique style which incorporates ethnic and contemporary harp traditions. She has performed with such diverse groups as the the Maihar Orchestra of Maestro Ali Akbar Khan, and the Peace Ceremony of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn. Diana can be heard on dozens of albums, including Sacred Light on the At Peace Music label. Diana has performed for over 25 years at Grace Cathedral for Labyrinth walks and the Women's Dreamquest. She is Founder and Director of the Multicultural Music Fellowship. Portia Diwa: Portia is the Healing Harp Clinical Faculty at California Pacific Medical Center, where she provides healing harp for patients and teaches harp lessons, classes, and a certification program in how to play the harp at the bedside. Portia performs concerts with Triskela harp trio and conducts workshops on playing the harp for healing at the California Institute for Integral Studies and throughout the Bay Area. https://www.portiadiwa.com
