GUTTER SWAN
Americana duo Gutter Swan emerged onto the San Francisco music scene almost a decade ago, featuring the powerful, emotive vocals of Loryn Barbeau, and the disarming yet complex guitar of Steve Egelman.
Steve is veteran of numerous Bay Area bands and a singer-songwriter in his own right. More recently he's been performing solo and with The North Beach Ramblers and Mad Mama and The Bona Fide Few.
A native San Franciscan, Loryn began her vocal life as a classical singer, with a Masters of Music in Operatic Performance. Loryn works as holistic vocal and performance coach in San Francisco. Bonding over a love of acoustic music, whiskey and punctuality, Gutter Swan released their debut album, "where the dark and the light mingle", featuring 12 songs, near and dear to their hearts. They'll be joined in this performance by percussionist and background vocalist, Elizabeth Hall.
This October 25th show at The Lost Church in San Francisco is their first live performance in over 2 years.

Roo Harrigan is a singer-songwriter who balances cathartic, melancholy lyrics with dancy, folk-infused melodies. Raised on the Jersey Shore, she grew up playing piano and writing sad songs for no one in her parent's basement.
