Medscool is a rock group based out of San Francisco, started by lead singer Maria Donjacour. Maria began playing music and writing songs alongside bass player Marika Stuurman in the San Francisco DIY music scene. They play in many groups together, but Maria has found her voice as a songwriter and front woman through Medscool. Maria writes dramatic melodies supported by the funky bass lines of Marika Stuurman, the creative drum beats of Abri Crocitto, and the strong guitar melodies and tones of Jack Lillian and Autumn Carroll.
