SEE EVENT DETAILS
at Pepper Tree Ranch Guerra Concert Series (see times)
Classic Rock Legends Great White and RMBR (Former Ronnie Montrose Band) Rev Up the Hollister Bike Rally Revival on Saturday, July 6 at the Rugged and Beautiful Guerra Family Cellars, part of the Hollister Concerts on the Green at Pepper Tree Ranch in Hollister.

Banging Out hits like “Once Bitten, Twice Shy” and Chart Busters From Their 2012 album “Elation,” Great White Will Electrify the Classic Rock Crowd. RMBR Honors Founding Leader Ronnie Montrose’s memory with Red Hot Performances of “Rock Candy,” “Space Station #5,” and the Classic “Bad Motor Scooter.”

Classic rock fans are already yelling “My, My, My” and gassing up their “Bad Motor Scooters” during the revamped Hollister Bike Rally during the 4th of July Weekend. But now they can look forward to a classic rock extravaganza courtesy of legendary rock bands Great White and RMBR, performing July 6 at the picturesque outdoor amphitheater at the Guerra Family Cellars, which is a part of the Hollister Concerts on the Green at Peppertree Ranch in Hollister.

Los Angeles hard rock heroes Great White have been rocking out for three decades and stand among the reigning kings of LA’s 80’s hard rock/heavy metal movement. The band is best known for its hit record “Once Bitten, Twice Shy,” and has sold nearly 10 million albums worldwide. In 2012, the band released its 12th studio album “Elation,” featuring founding guitarist Mark Kendal, and veteran band members Michael Lardie (guitar, keyboards) and Audie Desbrow (drums). With lead singer Terry Ilous and bassist Scott Snyder, the band engaged in an all-out assault on classic rock radio and album charts with “Elation.” The band recently shot a video for the single “Shotgun Willie’s,” using captivating fan footage shot during the Monsters of Rock Cruise, a floating rock festival with Great White serving as headliners. The video was a testament to the band’s continued appeal almost 30 years after its formation, as well as evidence that the band can adapt and grow with its new, tech-savvy audience.

Rock legend Ronnie Montrose was regarded as one of the greatest American rock guitarists of all-time. His band, Ronnie Montrose Band was on tour and performing for new, exciting audiences at the time of Montrose’s death in 2012. Rather than leave fans hanging, Montrose’s hand-picked band regrouped and formed RMBR (pronounced “Remember”), aka Ronnie Montrose Band Remembers, with their new lead guitarist Tal Morris of Creedence Clearwater Revisited and Huey Lewis & The News (who toured with Ronnie in earlier years, due to Ronnie’s admiration of Morris’s guitar skills). The band performs searing renditions of Ronnie’s beloved hits like “Rock Candy,” “Rock the Nation,” “Space Station #5” and appropriate for the Hollister Bike Rally, a smoking version of “Bad Motor Scooter.”

Hollister Rally fans will not want to miss this double-threat of rock God greatness. After a full-day of bad bikes and beautiful Central California weather, the celebration will carry over to the scenic Guerra Family Cellars, located at Pepper Tree Ranch on the edge of Hollister. Pepper Tree Ranch has attracted rock royalty over the years, from Marshall Tucker Band to Los Lobos. Bring a low-profile lawn chair or blanket, lie out on the green and enjoy the sights and sounds of the night in the amazing outdoor amphitheater. Enjoy a tasty beer, or an award-winning wine, while eating gourmet barbeque prepared on-site. This is a very special rock’n’roll experience under the stars.

Tickets are now on sale for $25 general admission and $75 for VIP, which include preferred parking, a separate line upon entering, center stage/ up-close seating and a complimentary glass of wine) and are available at: https://www.greatwhiteband.eventbrite.com.
