Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
GAMeBoi SF is an 18+ event. Please bring a valid government ID. Over 80% of the crowd is over 21+ with a median age of 26. Teehee. Stats.
What are my parking options getting to the event?
There is street parking or three parking garage options. Please note: We recommend the Japan Center Main Garage that closes at 3am. The Fillmore Street Annex Garage closes at 1:30am, and Fillmore Heritage Garage closes at 2am. Please DO NOT park in the Safeway parking lot; you may be ticketed and/or towed.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your e-ticket(s) will be attached as a pdf to your order confirmation email. We just need to be able to scan the square QR code at the door -- Print via paper, screenshot, use in Apple Wallet, or download the Eventbrite app!
Is there a separate line for presales holders or VIP guests?
No, sort of. Presale holders and VIP guests will line up in one line with General Admissions. GAMeBoi staff will periodically call up to the front presale holders and VIP guests in small groups to avoid crowding of the sidewalk.
Does the venue allow guests to come in and out?
The venue allows guests over age 21+ to come in and out after the initial rush of guests, usually about 11:30pm. Guests under 21 years old are NOT permitted to leave the event and re-enter. There is, however, an outdoor smoking area for ALL guests.
What is the refund policy?
In the event the club has reached capacity and you're unable to enter, please have GAMeBoi Staff take down your info for a refund. Otherwise, all sales are final ^_^ (e.g. you're a no show).
