He'll draw connections between the art song cycle ("lieder") of the nineteenth century to the singer-songwriter tradition of contemporary American pop music, by performing Robert Schumann's classic song cycle Dichterliebe (Poet's Love, set to the poetry of Heine) alongside his own cult song cycle Craigslistlieder-seven songs set to classified Craigslist ads-and songs from his albums The Ambassador and Where are the Arms.
