This fun, playful workshop includes classical vocal instruction such as proper breathing techniques, singing and speaking in a way that is healthy for your throat, and vocal projection; sound meditations to open your body and energy centers; uplifting songs from around the world; expressive arts; improv; play and community building exercises. Singing is one of the best activities for you (both calming and energizing) and doing it in group release oxytocin, dopamine, and endorphins.
