Free San Francisco Symphony Concert at Stern Grove Festival

At 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, Michael Francis conducts the Orchestra in its annual free outdoor concert under the eucalyptus trees in beautiful Sigmund Stern Grove in San Francisco. The Orchestra performs Beethoven’s Overture to The Creatures of Prometheus, Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5, Emperor, featuring pianist Sara Davis Buechner, and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4. This free concert is presented in association with the Stern Grove Festival. No tickets are required.
