Foundation 3 Intensive at Fort Mason with Laura Derry and Rebecca Poretsky (#19-05-2978)

Schedule: 3 hours on Friday night from 7-10pm, 6 hours on both Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm (with a one-hour lunch break on both days)Class Dates: Friday, May 31, 7pm-10pm; Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, 10am-5pm; with a one-hour lunch break on Saturday and SundayClass size: 12 students maximumClass length: 15 hours totalPrerequisite: Foundation 2
Foundation 3 focuses on developing skills such as performance-oriented scene work, ensemble, character, acting, and other advanced improv skills. A smaller class size means more stage time and detailed, individual feedback from your coach about your work.Coaches will help students identify ways in which they can more fully embody the basic improv principles, as well as identifying areas for improvement.? Since Foundation 3’s focus is on your individual work, this is a great tune-up class for students of all levels and can be taken multiple times!
At the final session, the coach will provide specific feedback to the player and provide a recommendation for the next class.
BATS Improv Class Refund Policy:
Class cancellation policy:
If you cancel more than 96 hours (4 days) before a class begins, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee.
If you cancel within 96 hours (4 days) of your first class, your tuition will be forfeit.
Summer Youth and Adult Sessions cancellation policy:
If you cancel more than 14 days (2 weeks) before your first class, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee.
If you cancel within 14 days (2 weeks) of your first class, your tuition will be forfeit.
All cancellation and refund requests must be emailed to [email protected], and include the title and start date of your class.
In the event that we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full.
Please note: In the past, we have offered class credit in lieu of refunds. We are no longer able to offer this option. Each class tuition payment will stand on its own, and is non-transferable.
