2018 marks Michael Krasny’s 25th anniversary as host of Forum. To commemorate that milestone Forum on the Road is back for a new series of in-depth live broadcasts reaching out across the Bay Area. As part of the series, Michael will explore economic development with community leaders in Vallejo ten years after that city’s bankruptcy. And North Bay native Mina Kim returns to Santa Rosa six months after the wildfires to reflect and look forward with some of residents, artists, reporters, and others who are rebuilding their communities and their own lives in the wake of the destruction. Forum will also host a special anniversary episode for Michael in San Francisco, featuring a conversation with journalist and author James Fallows. With each program audience members will have an opportunity to contribute questions to the conversation, while also getting a behind-the-scenes look at how Forum is produced.
