Ever since it’s beginning, Hip Hop has been a youth driven culture and expression of Art. Forever Young is a youth showcase that will allow for all of us to feel young, feel alive, and feel renewed. Forever Young will be a powerful reminder for all of us to get in touch with our inner child, our inner innocence, our inner voice and joyful sprit. Join us for a magical evening where youth perform music written from their essence and their perspectives, as we utilize Hip Hop for individual, community and systemic change.
Forever Young will be a night you wont soon forget, with powerful At Promise youth sharing their authentic narratives through the art of Hip Hop story telling. Beats Rhymes and Life Presents: Forever Young! The event will be held at the African American Arts and Culture Complex, 762 Fulton St, San Francisco, CA 94102, on Thursday May 9th, 2019. This event will feature music from 10 different groups and it’s an all ages event. Light refreshments will be served and please enjoy our fun interactive games/activities. RSVP your spot today.
