FMF Presents: Lili Joy & Mr. Bligs

As Burning Man wraps up we want to give everyone here in SF a chance to experience a taste of the burn. Featuring two premier DJs from Sydney, Australia in the main room, and a hip hop throwback session in the back room.
Originally from Bulgaria, growing up in Italy, and finally calling Sydney home, Lili Joy is a mainstay of the Sydney club scene. She has performed around Australia in clubs and festivals including Burning Seed, Rabbits Eat Lettuce and Subsonic. She founded a weekly sunset party in Manly Beach which celebrates 'leave no trace' culture and raises environmental awareness. Lili also runs two house music radio shows - Eau de Tech every on Bondi Radio and Freak Hour on VR Radio.

Mr. Bligs grew up surrounded by music. His childhood was spent in front of the piano honing an ear for melody and rhythm and from these beginnings, his taste for music across the electronic spectrum developed. He notes that he is not drawn to a particular genre but rather seeks out music with warmth and groove. His selections encapsulate subtle atmospheric textures, hypnotic rhythms and bubbling basslines.
Mr. Bligs has played for some of Sydney’s biggest parties, holds a residency with respected Sydney brand By Your Side, has played multiple sets at Burning Man and has supported the likes of Mihai Popoviciu, Vakula, Djuma Soundsystem, Reinier Zonneveld, Finnebassen and Francesca Lombardo among others.
