Fizz and Pop: Spring Cocktails of the Farmers Market

Shake off those winter blues and start spring with a spark! Taste the changing of the seasons with CUESA and the United States Bartenders Guild in an evening of fizzy craft cocktails infused with the bright flavors and colors of the spring farmers market, and inspired by our favorite pop music. From the Beatles to Beyoncé, we’ll be sipping our way through the many eras of music, guest starring the Bay’s best bartenders and chefs who will rep their favorite pop icons in costumes. Special appearances by the season’s first berries and herbs will have mics dropping all night long.

Guests receive three full-sized, signature cocktails featuring Disaronno, Domaine de Canton, and Remy 1738 Cognac, along with unlimited sample-size drinks in this walk-around tasting in the Ferry Building’s gorgeous Grand Hall. Restaurants provide small bites during this happy hour event, where you’ll groove to our throwback soundtrack, and vote for your favorite drink and bite to win prizes. With spring in the air and a bubbly beverage in your glass, this evening of sparkle and pop is sure to top the charts.

All proceeds from the evening support CUESA’s sustainable agriculture educational initiatives and the USBG’s professional development programs.

We have managed the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market since 1999. We envision a healthy world nourished by environmentally sound, humane, economically viable, and socially just food systems.

About the USBG
The USBG is the most skilled, knowledgeable, and professional association of bartenders in the industry, uniting dedicated professionals in service to the traditions of our trade. Our mission is to empower bartenders in their careers, foster collaboration between members, and connect with the communities we serve.

Please note: Must be 21 years to attend. Tickets are nonrefundable but are transferable. For nondrinkers and designated drivers, we will offer a few clearly marked nonalcoholic options on a limited basis.
