A Zen priest and Master Chef: Edward Espe Brown from California shows how cooking and eating can become a feast of the senses. He focusses on the pleasure of food. He likes to demonstrate his way of cooking to a lot of people: Brown teaches cooking classes and talks on sustainable food resources. In his bestsellers, such as "The Tassajara Recipe Book", the monk communicates the philosophy of a collective food culture.
