Improv in 3D with Lauren MorrisWhen we play in "3D" no player leaves the stage at any point, each performer stays engaged and connected at all times. You are always a part of the piece! Through exercises and scene work, we will play and define relationship driven improv scenes! Scenes that are in "3D”! Bio: Lauren Morris is the founder/owner/director of AdLib Theatre Company in Winter Park, Florida. Within a year of opening AdLib, the theater went to one performance group and a couple of shows per month to all levels of the training program being sold out on a regular basis, multiple teams under the direction of Lauren and a dedicated space for training and performances. Lauren has performed and studied improv in Orlando and Chicago with The Annoyance Theatre & Bar in Chicago. Additionally, she continues to work closely with Paul Vaillancourt (co-founder of iOWest) and has worked and performed with instructors and theaters including iO, iO West,The Torch Theatre, Under the Gun Theater, Magnet Theater and even internationally with the Ireland Improv Festival. Lauren looks forward to the future of improv in Central Florida. She is married with three children.
Tuition: $60 Please Note: Open to Men and Women Instructor: Lauren Morris Day/Date/Time: Saturday, April 29th, from 2:00pm – 5:00pm Location: Leela Training Center (San Francisco Chronicle Building) 901 Mission Street, Third Floor, San Francisco
Workshop Instructions: Meet inside the Chronicle Buidling at the 901 Mission entrance at 1:55pm. There will be someone to greet you and direct you upstairs to the Leela Training Center.
