DETAILS
Camping on-site available for attendees on the lawns until noon on Saturday. Further camping available for rent directly from Lupin Lodge for $25 to camp until midnight on Saturday, and for $40 to camp until noon on Sunday. Yurts with king beds are also available for rent directly from Lupin Lodge, but could sell out quickly. If you are not extending your stay at Lupin Lodge past noon on Saturday, check-out is at 10AM.
You must practice social distancing (six feet apart for individuals not living in the same household). Campers' tents must be 6 feet apart. Additionally, campers agree to follow the most recent Santa Clara County Shelter in Place Ordinance's guidelines.
Gate to get into the event closes at 10PM. Parking available for cars in the parking lot for $10, but free for carpools of 3 or more people. Please take Bear Creek Rd when arriving to the event. Do not cross Hwy 17, on Idyllwild Road (it is very dangerous to do so). GPS will reroute you when you take Bear Creek Rd.
There is a registration form that you have to fill out to get onto the property. To save time, if possible, please download it from here, print it out, and fill it out to save time at the gate:

There is a restaurant on the property that serves food and drinks. No outside alcohol is allowed. Security will be checking cars to make sure no alcohol is being snuck in.
100 silent disco headsets (with music from both stages) will be available for use. Their range is long enough to listen in your tents and yurts.
No charcoal shall be used in fire pits or grills. Do not leave any fires unattended. Fires are not permitted during Spare the Air days or when weather conditions are dangerous for fire. When using the fire-pit(s), there must be a hose nearby that is able to put the fire out. Additionally, a 30 foot radius of trees, buildings, and tents must be maintained at all times. No trees shall be above fire-pit. Hose should be hooked up, on, and within 20 feet of the fire.
No dogs are allowed on the property.
Please do not take any photos or videos of the Lupin Lodge guests.
Leave no trace. Pack-in, pack-out.
