Join Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST) and partners for a free, bilingual (English/Spanish) family nature event at Huddart Park's Oak Picnic Area in Woodside, CA.
Throughout the day, there will be activities that include:
- Ongoing kid-friendly walks and nature scavenger hunts
- Story time readings
- An animal artifacts station with skulls and pelts
- Dissecting owl pellets
- Animal headband art
- Coloring sheets
- Live animal reptile ambassadors
- and more!
Once you register for the event, we will share more details about where to meet. Snacks and refreshments will be provided, and parking is free.
Important information:
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult guardian at all times.
- Registration will be organized by one-hour time slots, with a recommended visit time of 1.5 hours for each family attending.
