The Compound Gallery is excited to present a new solo show by artist David Fullarton, "Everything's Getting Worse and I'm Not Helping".
The mixed media show runs from Aug. 30 - Oct. 12 and includes an opening from 6-9pm on Saturday, Aug. 30. The spectacularly sumptuous reception will include drinks, treats, lively conversation, flat files filled with Fullarton prints, and awesome art on the walls.
David Fullarton is a San Francisco based artist who creates mixed media drawings that combine images with text. He investigates themes that are rooted in the human condition and address the banality and absurdity of everyday existence. He uses uncompromising wit and dark humor to ruthlessly skewer contemporary neuroses. In the process he highlights the shared humanity in our individual troubles and joys.
