This year is owner/director Gay Lynn Powell's 46 annual student presentation at Esprit de la Danse. "Rendezvous with Dance" showcases dances utilizing songs and themes from anywhere and everywhere because all the world is your dancefloor. Some favorites include "Passport to Dance", Trolly Song from Meet Me in St. Louis", "The 52nd Street Brigade Song, also known as Feeling Groovy", "Rhythm Nation", and many, many more. Esprit de la Danse has specialized in Children's dance instruction in our community since 1967, with classes offered in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz for boys and girls ages four through high school, as well as a Tap class for adult novice and beg/int level dancers.
