The partnership between Stanford Live and the San Francisco Symphony that began in 2019 with the opening of the newly renovated Frost Amphitheater continues this summer with Saturday evening performances led by a variety of guest conductors.
In his second appearance at Frost, Finnish composer and new music director of SFS Esa-Pekka Salonen leads the SF Symphony in a program of Haydn, Clyne, and Mendelssohn. The concert will feature principal trumpet Mark Inouye performing Haydn's Trumpet Concerto.
