Legendary comedian and actor Eddie Griffin is bringing the laughs to the San Jose Improv in a two-night special event. A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Griffin has had a long career, appearing in nearly 50 movies and television shows, most notably Soul Plane, The Last Boy Scout and John Q, among others. He also contributed vocals to two of Dr. Dre's multi-platinum award winning albums. Griffin is no doubt an accomplished actor, comedian, singer, and a veteran entertainer. For his contributions to the comedy world, in 2004, Comedy Central voted Eddie Griffin as one of the Top 100 Stand-up Comedians of all time. (Tad Malone)
