Andrew Imbrie: Earplay Fantasy (1995) for flute, clarinet, violin, cello, piano, and percussion Earplay commission [performed by Earplay in 1996 and 2001]

Experience vibrant new music in a historic setting as Earplay returns to the magnificent newly reopened Herbst Theater in February to open our 31st season. The concert features works by Stefan Wolpe (this season's focus composer), Shulamit Ran, Eric Sawyer (a world premiere), and Andrew Imbrie (a 20th anniversary encore performance of the 1995 Earplay commission Earplay Fantasy).

Ursula Kwong-Brown: new work (2015) for violin, viola, and cello

Shiuan Chang: Monk (2014) for flute, clarinet, piano, and cello

West Coast premiere; 2015 Earplay Donald Aird Composers Competition prize winner
