Dynamic Turns and Flash: aka Balance and Precision Workshop w/ Ben and Emily
SEE EVENT DETAILSFind a new dimension of creativity in your dance as we delve deep into technique centered around on axis, precision, and fun flashy moves. In this workshop Ben and Emily will build your balance and stability from the ground up with a series of exercises and cool moves. From there we will move into some flashy tricks that combine skills from our previous workshops (prior attendance not required)*You will learn the skills to create stability and control as a lead and/or follow.*Follows will create a rock solid axis and the skill of being light that invites leaders to play with more advanced moves. *Both leads and follows will learn the skills of being a trustworthy partner so that your advanced 'tricks' flow safely, clearly and with ease. Workshop starts at 1:15 sharp.
