Draw Your Feelings: Exploring Emotions Through Color, Shapes, Line and Form

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Come in and be ready for a special 3-hour creative deep dive! We will be learning the art of drawing our emotions and leave this workshop feeling more connected and confident.

We will use the basic building blocks of visual language - color, shapes, line and form - to communicate and visualize our own emotional experiences. These simple skills and exercise will help to build your visual vocabulary and give you the confidence to draw and understand your emotions in a whole new way.

No prior experience is necessary. If you haven't touched a paintbrush in years - great! No need to feel intimidated, as this workshop is for beginners and experienced artists alike. All you need is an open mind, heart, and willingness to be messy, imperfect, and honest.

Workshop includes:

Art supplies and sketch book

Opportunity to share and connect with the group in a meaningful way

A well facilitated environment where you feel comfortable and encouraged to explore your emotions through art
