Celebrating a year of delivering laughs, Do What You Love Comedy Series is a live and independent stand-up showcase, highlighting five of the most accomplished Bay Area and nationally touring comedians monthly.  Once a month, join us for a night of laughter with comedians featured on Sketchfest, Punchline, Cobbs, Vice TV and Comedy Central.
Our March 9th featured comedians include national headliner Irene Tu (Vice TV, SF Sketchfest), Chris Conatser (Rooftop Comedy, Radiation Island Podcast), Juan Medina (The PM Show) and host Anthony Medina (True Hustle Ent).
In 2016, Irene Tu was named one of the “Bay Area’s 11 Best Stand Up Comedians” by the SFist and one of 20 “Women to Watch” by KQED!

All shows are 21+ with valid ID / 5:30 Doors
Drinks available.  NO drink minimums.

THE VENUE
Located in the heart of San Francisco's SOMA district, right next to Montgomery BART and the TransBay Terminal, WeWork Civic Center comfortably accomadates 200 guest and is the only comedy venue in SF with a panaramic view of the downtown skyline.

Is there an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, this comedy event is for adults 21+ please.
Do you sell alcohol?
Feeling a little thirsty?  Don't worry we got you covered.  Come early for a  21+ Happy Hour. Doors open at 5:30.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Absolutely!
How long will you hold my seat?
We hold tickets till 15 minutes past door hours.  If the show says "doors at 5:30 pm", and you have not checked in by 5:45 pm, available seats will go to people on the waiting list.  Besides, why would you deliberately be late to a pre-comedy show happy hour!
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The comedy venue is conveniently located near Montgomery Bart and the TransBay terminal.  If your feel inclined to drive, Ace Parking is located right across the street from WeWork TransBay.  For a hassel free experience, you can also use car share services such as Lfyt and Uber.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Nothing is more infectious than the gift of laughter.  Therefore, feel free to purchase mutilple tickets as gifts for friends.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We believe in the conservation of trees so don't worry about bringing printed tickets.  We will have a master list during the evening of the event and we'll be checking it twice.
What is the refund policy?
Life events happen.  If for some reason you can't make it to a previously booked show, we will gladly issue you a voucher for a future showcase.  Thanks for supporting local comedy!
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Did a friend gift you a ticket?  Don't worry.  as long as you have a printed ticket, digital copy or purchaser name, we got you covered.
