Discover Your District: Photography Lesson with Great Highway Gallery!

Amateur photographers rejoice! With an iPhone in hand and social media at our fingertips, we always want to post the best photos of our beautiful Ocean Beach sunset, our delicious homemade meal, or our cute kids or fur babies. But how is it that you capture the perfect shot? Learn how to take the best possible pictures with your iPhone and how to post-process them with John Lindsey, owner and creative mind behind The Great Highway Gallery. John will teach participants: how to shoot and edit with a phone, apps to help with the process, and how to make photos better in post-processing. Participants will go home with an 8 x 10 image that they shot on their phone. This Discover Your District event will take place on Friday September 21, 2018 at 2:00pm at The Great Highway Gallery, located at 3649 Lawton Street. Register soon as space is limited to 10. The Great Highway Gallery is a fine art gallery founded by John Lindsey in 2011. John is a longtime San Francisco resident and appreciates images and ideas that explore the intersection of land and water. The Great Highway Gallery’s mission is to support and promote authentic and diverse artists.
