Arizona's Diners are an amazing rock quartet, and they don't sound like anyone else out there. As much as that might sound like embellishment, it's not. Their music is surprisingly simple, familiar and pop-oriented, but at the same time, unique. It's somewhere between '60s AM radio and '90s lo-fi alt-rock, but that doesn't do them justice. They just write great guitar/keyboard driven rock tunes that are filled with joy, tempered with a dash of nostalgia. (Aaron Carnes)
