Starting this Friday, June 19, and running through Sunday, June 28, restaurants all over San Jose will be celebrating the act and art of breaking bread by rolling out the red carpet and highlighting their culinary prowess with a series of three-course prix fixe dinners--all crafted specially and specifically for the 10--day Dine Downtown San Jose 2015 event. The dinners will be priced starting at $20.
"DINE DOWNTOWN is the perfect program for culinary exploration," said Julie Carlson, marketing director for the San Jose Downtown Association. "The vast majority of DINE DOWNTOWN participants last year neither lived nor worked near downtown, and two out of three customers planned multiple outings at new places."
Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. nightly. Reservations are recommended, and many of the participating restaurants accept reservations through OpenTable.com. Or, contact the restaurants by phone or use their websites.
Dine Downtown San Jose is a 12-day event, June 22-July 3. This is the third annual event.
