Dia Del Nino

On April 26th, The San Jose Flea Market celebrates our national treasures- children with a family fun event. Dia del Nino packs The Pavilion with activities and entertainment. Bring your animal-lovers, athletics, dancers and scientists, because they’ll all find excitement during our Dia Del Nino event.

Performers keep the crowd captivated with singing, dancing and talent! Radio Disney Road hosts the stage leading sing-alongs and dances between talented performers. Be mesmerized by Movimiento Cultural Anahuac, the Aztec dance company. The award-winning, 9-year-old salsa singer, Daniel Ordonez performs. Then be amazed by the talented parrots from Happy Birds as they perform tricks on stage.

While the music plays, visit activity booths to meet animals, learn through scientific experiments, dribble a ball and more! The Little Explorers Petting Zoo brings soft, cuddly, friendly barn animals for kids to feed. Also, kids can meet slithering, scaled reptiles! After the animal meet and greet, perform cool experiments with the zany scientists from Mad Science. Then dribble and shoot at the Soccer in Slow Motion field. Plus, ride the mechanical bull or walk on water!

Don’t forget to venture through the shops of new and used merchandise to discover the legendary Flea Market bargains. Stop by a snack bar to refuel on corn dogs, burritos, and even more lunch options! Find more than you bargained for at the San Jose Flea Market.
