Denise Kidder is a Bay Area Jazz vocalist known for her clear, gorgeous tone. She will sing swinging standards and Brazilian grooves with Ben Stolorow on keys and Sam Heminger on double bass. Ben Stolorow, a Hertz Traveling Fellow studied in New York with pianists Stanley Cowell, James Williams and Fred Hersch. He has performed at Yoshi’s, the Kuumbwa Jazz Center, at the Healdsburg and SF Jazz Festivals, and has also toured and performed throughout Japan. Ben is also a faculty member of the California Jazz Conservatory.
