Rye Bread Baking Workshop

Ever wondered how that extraordinary juicy dark bread is done, that makes the Danish smørrebrød (traditional open sandwiches) so delicious? Come join native Dane Pernille Øland for a traditional baking event, and get the chance to learn the secrets of how to bake the famous Danish rye bread! The morning will conclude with a feast both for the eye and the stomach, with newly baked rye bread and typical Danish condiments. As an extra perk, you will get a "starter dough" and the recipe to bring home with you.
