The Dancehall of Beautiful Radiant Things is a social-mixer-disguised-as-a-slow-dance-club that welcomes dancers and non-dancers of all skill levels to share in a night of song-length social vignettes. Upon entry, attendees are given a dance card with 21 spots for 21 songs. Fill your card with friends, with strangers, with secret crushes, with future besties. That's 21 chances to be present and connect with a dance partner for the length of a simple, 3.5 minute serenade.
**No strings attached. No irony. No dancing skills required.**
For this very special edition of Dancehall we will be:
** Tap, tap, tapping our way across the Bay to Oakland's Starline Club.
** Dancing to a special set of Prince slow jams! That's right, our middle set is dedicated to the Purple One. If you've ever wanted to sway and sashay to Diamonds and Pearls, DJ FACT.50 has you covered.
** Raffling off extra special, top secret prizes via our friends at FIGMENT.
