BIO
A sophomore at Terra Linda High School in San Rafael, 15-year old Chase Olson started piano lessons with Megumi Miyata at age 7. He now studies with William Wellborn in San Francisco.

An organ student of Angela Kraft Cross since 2016, he has performed in the Junior Bach Festival on organ for the past two years.
In May 2018, he won the Marin Music Chest (piano). He participated in the Stanford Pipe Organ Encounter in 2016 and is again in the POE in Los Angeles, where he is studying with Cherry Rhodes.
He has performed in church services in San Mateo, Menlo Park, San Francisco, and Los Altos. Chase will present his debut organ concert at St Paul’s Episcopal, Salinas; St. Dunstan’s Episcopal, Carmel Valley; and St. Mary’s Cathedral in San Francisco.

His favorite school subjects are math and science, and in his free time he performs piano regularly at Nazareth House in San Rafael.

The 38 Geary stops nearby. There is also a good sized parking lot. What can I bring into the event?The performance takes place inside our sanctuary space, so please don't bring in food to eat or drink.How can I contact the organizer with any questions?The Cathedral Music Department can answer your questions at (415) 567-2020 x 213 from Wednesday through Saturday, between 10 am and 2 pm.What's the refund policy?Donation tickets can be refunded up to a day before the concert. You can also transfer tickets.Do I need to bring a printed copy of my ticket?You don't need to bring a printout: we can see donation "tickets" on Eventbrite.
