A lot of people can sing, but few really know how to put their heart into their voice. Bay area singer Courtney King has some serious pipes on her. She sings slow R&B, high energy soul and even raps, and she does it with elegance and skill. She's a cross between singer Alicia Keys and rapper Eve (and also brings to mind Lauryn Hill in how well she both sings and raps). Her music varies from lo-fi surreal soul beats to '90s R.
