SEE EVENT DETAILS
Please join us for lunch and conversation focused on climate and water policy in California and the Pacific.
The afternoon will include wine and a three-course, family style, lunch focused around produce and fish that are most affected by changing climate, drought and water policy. A big thanks to Kenny Belov at TwoxSea for partnering with us.
100% of ticket sales will be donated to The Pacific Coast Federation of Fisherman's Association.
Conversation Contributors:
Sara Aminzadeh - Executive Director of California Coastkeeper Alliance
Kenny Belov - Owner and Founder of TwoxSea
Tim Sloane - Environmental law, Former Executive Director of PCFFA
Ed Ueber - Former Sanctuary Manager of the Farallones with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The Civic Table Project is an experiment in having conversations surrounding American civic life. At Nopa and Nopalito, we believe that shared food and drink is, and always has been, a powerful vehicle for these conversations.
The project was born out of our growing sense of responsibility to create hospitable spaces to explore some of the most pressing questions of our communities.
The series will center around conversation based engagement, asking better questions, being more generous listeners and being more curious across party lines.

When:  Thursday, May 25th, 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Where:  Nopa Restaurant, 560 Divisadero Street, San Francisco
We are located on the corner of Divisadero and Hayes Street.  Public transportation is encouraged.  Two hour street parking is limited, but available on the surrounding blocks.
What: Your ticket includes a three-course, family style, lunch with wine and reserves you a seat at the table for discussion. The full cost of your ticket will be donated to supporting the work of PCFFA.
Who Should Attend: All are welcome and we hope a diverse background of community and thought leaders who are interested to expand their knowledge will join us. Space is limited.

EAT. DRINK. THINK.
