On October 4th, we will be convening the Futures Task Force for the Strategic Implications and Vision Workshop. Our key purpose is to explore the strategic insights from our scenario development work and to identify a preferred future for our City and its transportation system. This is the third part of our scenario planning process, following the scenario building workshop on June 20-21 and three co-learning events in May and June.
To prepare us for this workshop, we have been busy developing and testing our scenarios. By the time we will see you in October, we will have held three webinars to share the draft scenarios with the Futures Task Force, conducted an online survey, and hosted over a dozen focus groups to capture additional thoughts from a wider audience.

This one-day workshop begins with a kick-off breakfast at 8:30 am. Lunch will provided with the program beginning at 9:00 am. Come prepared to think together about our rapidly changing world and all of the challenges and opportunities this brings!
