• Design their own characters
• Create their own original story
• Learn how to utilize comic page layouts
• Be given instruction on basic drawing techniques such as perspective, 3-dimensional shape, sketching, and inking
• Participate in exercises that help them create emotion in their characters and story
• Participate in a launch party for their own full-color comic books
