America's beloved, live-fire, open-air culinary experience, Cochon555's Heritage Fire, returns to Napa Valley wine country at Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena on August 21st, 2022. With an all-star cast of chefs who specialize in whole animal cookery, the list of heritage foods will feature over 3,000+ pounds of dry-aged beef, whole pigs, lamb, goat, squab, rabbit, duck, fish, chicken, and bites of artisan cheeses, oysters, and heirloom vegetables.
Heritage Fire Napa will showcase notable chefs, butchers, and personalities, each grilling heritage-breed animals en plein air against the stunning vineyard backdrop of Charles Krug and is inspired by global food culture. All working together in an effort to raise awareness of sustainable and responsible farming, this all-inclusive wood-fired feast will also feature over a dozen prominent farmers, wineries, breweries, and cocktails from well-known mixologists.
