Classical on the Square - Redwood Symphony

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Join us for a family-friendly classical concert outdoors on Courthouse Square on June 22, featuring Redwood Symphony's talented local musicians. Redwood Symphony brings to life some of the greatest music ever written in a way that only a live performance can.

Redwood Symphony with Classical on the Square offers a great introduction to classical music for children. Exposure to classical music can improve listening skills, increase attention span, enhance creativity, and promote relaxation and stress relief. Moreover, it can also inspire children to take up an instrument, learn to read music, and develop a lifelong appreciation for music.

Maestro Eric K will lead Redwood Symphony in a rousing concert on June 22, including memorable melodies of Williams, Copland, Mozart, and Tchaikovsky, with a twist of cowboy-themed pieces, sure to captivate the entire family!

Since 1985, Redwood Symphony, the Bay Area's all-volunteer orchestra, has been dedicated to performing an ambitious, contemporary repertoire, as well as the great orchestral classics.

The innovative programming and emphasis on youth music literacy and education are why so many of the most talented musicians from throughout the San Francisco Bay Area volunteer their time to play, and why audiences and critics are so enthusiastic about Redwood Symphony's artistry.

Don't miss this enjoyable family event! Best of all, it's FREE!
