Children’s Theatre Association of San Francisco is thrilled to announce this year’s much anticipated show, Cinderella, will be performed at the historic Palace of Fine Arts Theatre in the family-friendly Marina district. Saturday public performances will take place on January 11, 25, and February 1, 2014, at 10:30 and 1:00 pm. Tickets are $12 and the performance is approximately 50 minutes. For tickets, visit https://www.ctasf.org or call (415) 248-2677.

This year’s production of Cinderella is based on the Fairy Tale by Charles Perrault. It is the classic musical fantasy about hard work paying off and dreams coming true, with all of the essential ingredients of a madcap musical adventure: a loveable king, ladies of the court, a beautiful princess, handsome prince, playfully wicked step-mother and step-sisters and, of course, the Fairy Godmother and her helpers.

The play is directed by Bill Starr with musical direction by Bill Keck. Adaptation and lyrics are by Jim Eiler. Producers are CTA members Diane Blackman and Terry Keyes.
