Chanting is easy. It is a powerful, ancient practice which steadies the mind and brings joy to the heart. We chant mostly in Sanskrit, a universal language not belonging to any culture, which communicates with the energy body in ways beyond our understanding. Our kirtan book includes chants in many languages and faiths, with translations.
Love is natural to everybody. This is the direct approach to the ideal through the heart. Connect to the inner truth within. It will remove obstacles and lift you up. It will make you able to love. You will be able to love everybody in your life. And when you love, you become happy. This is the essence of Bhakti Yoga.
Accompanied by harmonium. You are welcome to bring an instrument. No experience or musical talent necessary. Open your heart and you will leave calm, energized and smiling...and you will sleep well!
This gathering is free of charge.
