Be among the few who get an "up close" performance by this spirited master of harp and violin, playing a driving fusion of styles and rhythms that take you on an exhilarating ride in this intimate fireside venue.
The "Second Sundays" series favorite returns to ignite the 2018 series. If you missed him last year, don’t miss him again. Carlos Reyes is a force of music unto himself. Classically trained on both harp and violin, his creativity could not be contained in one genre alone, finding expression in rock, jazz, pop and his own latin roots. His musical revelry is irresistably contagious, as his fans will tell you. Carlos will get you grooving and shouting for more.
Carlos's first album, “The Beauty of it All”, was on the Top-Ten Contemporary Jazz charts in Billboard Magazine for over 15 weeks. Since then he has recorded, produced, and contributed to many recordings, added his spark to performances with headliners such as Chuck Mangione, Bill Evans, Clark Terry, Pat Travers, MC Hammer, and has also shared the stage with The Crusaders, The Rippingtons, Charlie Daniels, Wynona Judd, Clint Black, Willie Nelson, The Doobie Brothers, rocker Steve Miller and many more. He has toured Europe and Asia performing at music festivals and renowned theaters.
The fireside venue has only 120 seats - and it's unique - it's a National Historic Monument in the 19th century Arts&Crafts architectural style. It's alive with warmth and good vibes, and that makes the concert that much better.
