The Clancy, Autograph Collection is Exactly Like Nothing Else. You are invited to celebrate Earth Day, appreciate Ian Ross's artwork & more!
This event is a celebration of Earth Day, as well as officially unveiling Ross' recycled spray can sculpture and courtyard mural at The Clancy. In celebration of Earth Day, Ross is bringing a selection of works from his passionate pursuit of other artistic mediums.
Proceeds will go to City Surf Project to help fund beach clean ups, surf lessons, ocean access, and environmental education to San Francisco youth.
For the first time available, Ross has created a few limited editions, namely ephemeral beach drawing photographic prints and ceramics to the public. Ian's friends will be live painting, reading tarot cards, and more!
Ian Ross is a San Francisco-based interdisciplinary artist whose love of the natural world deeply influences his practice. Born and raised in Marin County, he draws from his meditative, solitary experiences in Northern California's forests and beaches to inform his signature approach to abstract imagery. Whether working on a canvas, beach sand, a wall, or a sculpture, Ross allows himself to get carried away in an intuitive creative process.
