Join us at Butchertown Jazz Fest as we highlight and celebrate the burgeoning entertainment and neighborhood-based makers scene taking shape in the southeastern section of San Francisco.
Headlining this year's festival will be Bay Area supergroup "Skip The Needle," a funk metal collective featuring Shelley Doty and Katie Cash on guitars, Kofy Brown on drums, and Vicki Randle, a former longtime touring musician with the legendary Mavis Staples, on bass and percussion.
Craft food and drink makers -- most of them based in the neighborhood -- will line a closed-to-vehicles section of Lane Street, just off Third Street at Underwood and Van Dyke.
