The Greek burger: Spicy Halal Lamb burger merguez style, tzatziki sauce, mint, cucumber, tomato, harissa, pita bread
The Late Spring burger: Ground pork, thyme and rosemary, pickled peach, blue cheese, brioche bun
The open face burger a cheval: Grass fed ground beef, bacon, pickles, balsamic vinegar, tomato, lettuce topped with a sunny side up egg
The Californian: grass fed ground beef mixed with caramelized onions and bacon bits, pepper jack cheese, sautéed mushrooms, arugula, avocado puree and pickled red onions, grilled brioche bun
Salad of baby lettuces, balsamic and sherry vinaigrette
Students can build any kind of burgers from the menu or to be creative and make their own.
Making a great burger is a craft and Gaby will teach you how to balance flavors and textures, as well as mastering technique and timing for the perfect juicy patty. You will also be making brioche buns from scratch!
Children 8-12 are welcome to attend the class with a parent.
