–Fox News Radio.

“One of the greatest commentators of all things political. He’s one of the best.”– Air America Radio.

BoomerAging is a tribute to the joys, achievements and looming terrors that accompany being a member of the Baby Boom Generation. It assesses their still vibrant role in today’s youth- obsessed society and celebrates them for refusing to grow old in the face of changing times, gravity and the reflection that greets them daily in the mirror. Utilizing technology specifically designed not to spook the target audience (overhead projector) Durst will explore the Boomers’ revolutions, evolutions and explain how best to embrace the encroaching wrinkles. He also promises to shamelessly stroke the egos and pat the hands of the self- described Most Important Generation of All Time through show segments entitled Racing From The Shadow Of A Mushroom Cloud. The Blinking VCR. Hey You Punks, Get Off My Wireless Router. The Brightside of Extreme Maturation. From Summer Of Love To Winter Of Our Disbelief. Everything You Wanted To Know About Decrepitude But Were Afraid To Ask & Hope I Die Before I… Oh, Too Late.

Bio
Acknowledged by peers and press alike as one of the premier political satirists in the country, Will Durst has patched together a comedy quilt of a career, weaving together columns, books, radio and television commentaries, acting, voice overs and stand up comedy into a hilarious patchwork of outraged and outrageous common sense. His abiding motto is “You can’t make stuff up like this." The New York Times calls him, "quite possibly the best political comedian working in the country today." He writes a nationally syndicated humor column and is a frequent contributor on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News & Current TV. Although receiving five Emmy nominations and seven consecutive nominations for the American Comedy Awards Stand Up of the Year, he's never won anything. Not even a toaster. His book, “The All American Sport of Bipartisan Bashing” was taken from the hit Off- Broadway one- man show of the same name and another book was made out of his last one- man show “Elect to Laugh” which ran for 41 weeks in San Francisco. His 800+ television appearances include: HBO, The Today Show, Letterman, Inside Politics, GMA, Showtime, Comedy Central and the CBS Morning News. Durst has been fired by the San Francisco Examiner twice and by PBS three times and once ran for Mayor of San Francisco, spending $1200, pulling 2% of the vote, meaning on a dollar per vote basis, he is mayor of San Francisco. Against all advice he continues to put ketchup on his hot dog.
