It's that time of the year once more! The Booksmith is happy to announce our School Fundraiser Day happening on Tuesday, December 6th of this year. On that day, shop at The Booksmith, simply mention the participating local school’s name at checkout, and 15% of the total purchases for the day will be donated. That's it!
Schools participating in the fundraiser this year are:
- Haight Ashbury Community Nursery School
- McKinley Elementary School
?- Urban School
- New Traditions Elementary School?
- SF Waldorf High School and Grade School
*** This list is still in the process of being updated, so stay tuned for additional schools participating this December which will be posted here as they confirm.
The fundraiser runs for the entire day, and all purchases are eligible, including special orders, online orders at booksmith.com, and phone orders at 415.863.8688, as long as they are paid for on 12/6.

The Bindery is now open for book sales and events, and 15% of all purchases made at that location on 12/6 will also go toward your school—just let them know at the counter!
