What you need for 9/14/20: Resistance Band (medium or light)
We are relaunching Body by Halcyon SF! We will be featuring local DJs weekly! Music starts at 5:50p, the workout will start at 6p PST. We will brief intro and go right into our warm-up which will be 4-5 minutes. This will be followed by 30-40 minutes workout where will be a full-body/bodyweight workout. We will end with a cool down and stretch, followed by the the DJ getting down for an additional 15 mins until 7p.
Each week, I will introduce new equipment will be using. Giving you time to gather equipment or find household items found at home! You can always do these workouts without equipment but I'd like to challenge yourself to find a way to incorporate them in our weekly workout. Always feel free to modify if need be, I'd rather have you safe!
