“Blue” is a small word with a seemingly simple definition. Yet these four letters symbolize a multitude of meanings: from a bold primary color to the melancholy mood of a rainy day to inner tranquility and peace. Inspired by the raw creativity of their students, the professional artists and teachers of Marvegos Fine Art School have delved into this complex concept. The resulting body of work debuts on March19th at the Little Raven Gallery located at 1015 Howard Street, San Francisco.
The reception will run from 7-11 pm, with music provided by Connor Smith and David Raskin of Phar\OS. The gallery will also be open from 11am until 5pm both Saturday the 19th of March and Sunday the 20th.
